The first weekend of racing was April 29th and Vince Porcelli Racing took the 1st place win at Lapeer Dragway. The car ran consistent the entire day and was very predictable. The second weekend of racing found the team going to Martin Michigan to race at US 131 Motorsports Park and again taking the first place win in the Top Et Class. The car was as consistant as the weekend before and was easily dialed to run 8.93 seconds in the 1/4 mile. June 3 will find the car on display at the Art On the Avenue Event in Dearborn Michigan. June 13 we will be at the Eaton Corporation Customer Appreciation Day at Milan Dragway June 26 the team will display and participate in the Annual Charity Car Show for the benefit of Western Wayne Skill Center. Hopefully we will schedule a photo shoot of the car and have a calendar printed. The calendar we are looking at will be an 18 month calendar with 1 sponsor highlighted on each page.
