W. Duane Harris

Mr. Harris received a Bachelor's Degree in music from Wayland University in 1966 with a major in vocal performance and a minor in piano performance. Further study was done on fellowship at Hardin-Simmons University, where he received a Master of Music with theory-composition as a major. Harris has taught music 27 years, with 16 of those years at the collegiate level. His community Chorale in Missouri was invited to perform the Mozart Requiem in Carnegie Hall in 1992.
